The challenge
Vacancies lived in Zoho Recruit, assignments and clients in Zoho CRM. Every new vacancy was passed on by chat or email and then retyped. Which vacancy belonged to which client lived in the team's heads.

The approach
- Agreed with the team that the CRM leads for assignments and vacancies
- Designed the vacancy flow: create in the CRM, approve in Recruit
- Ran the sync as a dry run first and checked the result line by line
- Only then went live, with a log and a nightly check

The solution
Sales creates a vacancy on the assignment in Zoho CRM. An AI agent anonymises the text and prepares the vacancy in Zoho Recruit, where recruitment approves it. Data that only arises in Recruit, such as the website link, flows back into the CRM automatically.
